In 2054 there is a new system, precog, which can divide crimes by precognition.
Thanks to precog, the potential of crimes is only 5%.

One day the Precrime officer John Anderton saw the image of precog.
It is the scene that he kill someone John doesn't know.
Because of this, John is chased by police.
He went to the man who made precog.
It led John the very big problem of precog...
